Firehouse Tales

"Firehouse Tales" is the first big project I developed, in partnership with my business associate Sid Bailey(creator). We were fortunate to partner with a great agent, Lisa Brause of Golden House Ent.; she found us good favor with Warner Brothers who further developed the program and built the project into a huge licensing property. Firehouse Tales currently airs daily on Cartoon Network in the Tickle-U line-up, with toys produced by Bandai, books by Scholastic and products by Hallmark just announced in stores March '06.

If anyone has a question about developing an animated series and getting it to air, I'd be happy to share...

11.07.06 - Please read the updated news regarding the status of FHT at If you have any questions or comments, please visit the site and send us an email. We'll put you on the mailing list and let you know when DVDs will be available.

My granddaugher is only 3 years old and loved Firehouse Tales. She watched it as often as she could. When school let out for summer the cartoon network seems to only care about the older kids. The preschoolers are still out here looking for their favorite shows and wondering what happened. I finally found that it was moved to 5:30 in the mornings on tuesdays and thursdays. I am disapointed that the cartoon network cares so little about preschoolers viewing time that they would deligate it to the time when they are still sleeping. Thankyou

"Bills" (just 2 + a half) is simply in love with the whole crew and can't get enough. Thomas The Tank and Bob The Builder - "eat your heart out"!
ps. As his doting mum, I am currently on a mission to bring his favourite characters alive into his little world, outside of the television. Have been in touch with but it looks as though all toys etc. are unavailable? We are uk resident and I promised him Father Christmas could do anything!

I've written to Cartoon Network and asked them to please re-air Firehouse Tales. They never respond. I'm so disappointed. My boys loved this show.

I found FHT toys at Toys R Us and recentaly K Mart. In one of the toy packages, it said there would be a movie out in November 2006. Is this still happening, because my nephew LOVES FHT too!

Just the other day my son found 1 FireHouse Tales book at babiesrus. I'm hoping I can go back and get it before someone else does. Or I'll have to order it online. It's been MONTHS since he's seen it but as soon as he picked up the book he said "Help is on the way!" I'm so sad that this show isn't on! He loved this show and could watch it over and over. I really wish it would come back!

My 3 year old son loved the show and enjoys us reading the books to him. Will the show ever go on dvd? My son keeps asking to watch it, but it is no longer on tv.

I am so sad to have missed all of the tv shows. My son just turned two and absolutely loves the books. He has the "Super Truck" book completely memorized. Are they coming back????

If they are not going to bring it back to US TV then they need to put out a box set of the season. It was a favorite for all my littles ones at my daycare including my own son. They lived for the moment they could watch it. I have some taped on DVR but only a few...its sad to see such a fun and enjoyable show go. It taught a lot, from learning to sharing to responsablities. Much better than almost anything on on Cartoon Network, SHAME TO SEE IT GO..................

My son is 4 and is truly upset over the loss of the show. Fortunately I taped several episodes. He watches them often and after doing so about 500 times the tape isn't what it used to be. Please let us know, as dedicated fans, if there is anything we can do to prompt episode releases on vhs & dvd. Thanks!
